Chromium – a web browser for Mac based on the Chrome
The authors of Chromium – Web browser based on code developed by Google Chrome, – made available for downloading the latest build of the application for Mac.
Currently Chromium is very far from perfect and full of gaps. Nevertheless, in the absence of the original Mac-version of Chrome, Chromium allows you an idea of the web Google browser, its main capabilities and features.

However, soon may be released a beta version and the Chrome itself for Mac. In the beginning of the year, Google announced that users of computers running the operating systems Mac OS X and Linux, will be able to try Chrome already in the first half of this year.
«We hope to meet these deadlines. Both [Chrome for Mac OS X and Linux] are implemented in parallel. They are on the same stage of development », – told Brian Radovski, the Product Manager of Google’s Chrome.
